My TurboTax filing was rejected twice in April due to no personal PIN. I have never requested pin, received a pin. What is the pin IRS wants? Who provides it to me?

Curiously, turbo tax did not prompt me to enter a pin anywhere in the filing process...so I am very confused.  Still no answer from IRS after 6 weeks.

Note: the REJECTED message says "AGI OR PIN".

You have the option to use one or the other and you must have put in something.

to answer your question you provide the 5-digit PIN that you selected last year.

If you don't have that PIN, that leaves AGI for e-Filing.
