My Turbotax debit card isnt working for online purchases

Ive been trying to buy online but it keeps decling my card even though funds are on there?

When I put the credit card number in it saying no history of the card call the number on back of the card then it said when I call wrong number

I don't know why my card not working call for balance :( now saying not working

No one in this user forum can access your Visa account or help with it.
