My Turbotax Business 2019 activation code is not working. I get error 603 and a message "There was an error with validating your license code..."

I used the 14 character code they gave me when I purchased. Please advise.

TurboTax no longer supports nor provides updates for 2019 software.  They provide support and updates as far back as 2021.
