My turbo card app won’t let me log in I forgot my username and password it will not let me reset the password

I just want to pay the fee for my Colorado tax return & your system won't update my password I entered. I've tried 3 times & get the same message. This happens every single year when I file.

@berryman0611 Try clearing cache and deleting cookies and if the issue persists, try using a different browser altogether.
