My transmission won't go through because it says there's an issue with my w2 import, but there isn't. What can I do?

Have you already imported your W-2?  If so, you may need to delete that W-2, and then import it again.  If you have already imported it, you may need to enter your W-2 manually.

 

Here's how to delete the W-2 information in TurboTax Online:

  1. Open your return.
  2. Search for "w2" in the search box.
  3. Click on "Jump to w2" link.
  4. On Review your W-2 info screen. Click the trashcan icon (delete) next to the W-2, then answer yes on the following screen.
