My taxes were rejected I am trying to figure out how to fix them but I have not been successful. I need to talk to an expert

I tried us the feature fix my rejected return but did not work

Why was the return rejected?  You would have received an email from TurboTax which has the rejection code and rejection message.  What does it say?
