My taxes were done by a cpa last year. Is there any problem w me entering figures by hand on 2023 tax return on turbo tax?

None at all.  Just make sure to double check all your entries in order to avoid data entry errors.

That's the only way your 2023 return will get done. Importing from a PDF of your 2022 return transfers very limited data.

Just enter your 2023 info and it will ask for any 2022 info it needs as you go along.  You mainly will need to enter the 2022 AGI from 1040 line 11 to efile.  Unless you have any carryovers from 2022.  If you don't know where to enter something from 2022 just ask us.
