My tax refund keeps getting rejected and I have no clues why. It’s saying I have a code of 8861 or something like that ?

I don’t know why my refund keeps getting rejected? It says I have a code (8861) I believe is what it said. But I don’t think it apples to me. Can someone please help me asap
