My tax data from 2023 does not transfer to 2024. I have tried many different ways and times and still no luck.

It cannot read the 2023 pdf or the .tax2023. I get a message that the data is being transferred but nothing is recorded.

Have you tried opening your 2023 tax file in the 2023 program to verify that it's intact?

If you save your 2023 file to a removable drive, then downloaded it, it can become corrupt.

Check your TurboTax Documents file; you may have a 2023 backup copy.
