My state taxes review says the taxpayer's occupation has too many characters but I can't find where to fix it. Any idea how to find this?

You should be able to edit this in the federal section, under my info.

In TurboTax Premier, I can change the occupation by going to the PERSONAL INFO tab and click on the EDIT next to your name.  I heard that the IRS doesn't check what your occupation is, so if you shorten it, it should be fine.

As above, one place is in My Info and if you have self-employment, another might be in the Schedule C section in General information about the business.
