My state tax was rejected. I received an email from Charlie at Turbo Tax that he reviewed my return. Where are his findings located?

Need help don't know why? Been trying to hard long. Paid the fee

@tiger9s If you are looking for an expert's written review of your return,  in your email, you’ll be directed to log back into TurboTax where your tax expert's written response will appear in My tax home.  Keep in mind that you won't be able to reply to your tax expert’s message, but they'll include instructions on what to do if you still have questions. No changes will have been made to your return by the tax expert, so it's up to you to consider and implement any changes your tax expert recommends.
