No, a pdf for contributions is not needed, just the amounts. We are not able to attach pdf's, only form and schedules, etc. can be electronically filed. In your state return when you get to "Adjustments" to Federal Income the following page will appear:

Then enter amount in next page and your done your deduction is applied. Mail in return with copies of tuition contributions. Be sure to sign and date return if necessary by all parties involved and attach your 529 prepaid statement to the return showing all your contributions for the year 2022, if applicable.

That is correct.  TurboTax can't efile this type of return and you need to mail it as @MichaelG81 has indicated and include the attachments that you need.
