My state tax form efile says do not mail to FTB, why? Do I still need to mail in copy

Do I still need to mail a copy to state FTB? Form says do not mail to FTB? I'm getting a refund

Every piece of information on your return is sent to the state electronically meaning that there is no need to send in a hard copy of your return. Keep a copy for your records and call it a day. Happy tax day!!
