My state refund keeps getting rejected in Oklahoma OK_511_ChildTaxCredit - .Your Oklahoma state return requires product update before it can be electronically filed.

What does this mean ?

Are you using TurboTax Desktop? If so, have you checked for updates? 

 

Update TurboTax Desktop
