My spouse and I are filing separately. We are both being asked for each other's current adjusted gross income. Where is that?

How could either of us have a piece of info from the other's completed taxes, if neither of us can submit our taxes without the info?

You are being asked from your 2023 AGI which would be shown on the 2023 federal tax return you filed, Form 1040 Line 11.

If you filed as Married Filing Jointly in 2023 then the 2023 AGI is the same for the both of your.

If you filed as Married Filing Separately in 2023 then you enter the 2023 AGI from your tax return.

Also, make sure you are actually filing as Married Filing Separately.

Click on My Info on the left side of the TurboTax online screen.  Edit your personal information.  On the screen labeled About your household make sure you selected Plan to file separately or as Head of Household
