My son is23 and we are trying to get his disability started.He was diagnosed with schizophrenia and have to take medicine daily.I have been supporting him since Feb last

Can I claim him?

Yes. If he had made less than $4200 last year and you meet the other qualifications, then you can claim him as a dependent. Please see the rules that apply to qualifying relatives in the link below, for more information.
