My Social Security number was on my W-2 which was proper I checked it out before I got my W-2 form to make sure everything was right so who put the wrong numbers in

the return is entirely self prepared by someone inputting numbers and answering questions.  TT only does calculations so if you SSN was wrong you did something wrong.

TurboTax does NOT use the SSN that is on your W-2 at all - it is not even entered.    Only the dollar amounts from the W-2 and codes get entered.  The SSN on your tax return comes from the personal information that you entered in the personal information section.    If the SSN on your tax return  is wrong, then yiu entered the wrong number.
