My review keeps saying I need my health insurance provider's info, but I dind't get the information they're looking for. I had the covereage I needed to meet MA standards, but I got a 1095B form that doesn't have subscriber number for health insurance.

Save your tax return at this point, consult the insurance website and start again from where you are now to complete your return(s).  Often when you login to your health insurance website there is additional tax information that may not be on the form you received in the mail.  My plan website has an area for messages which includes tax forms, check the forms there for the missing information as well.  You may have to call or email them to get the information you need.
