We'd love to help you complete your tax return, but need more information. Can you please clarify your question?

Mine is doing the same thing. I went back through each section manually but can't figure out what else to do. It does not give me any instructions on how to "fix" whatever error is occurring. It says my errors are cleared and prompts me to efile again. I've done that and it keeps rejecting my State return. My federal went through though. I'm utterly confuse. Any help with this? I am using my account online so I would think it would be the most updated version. This is the first year I'm claiming a dependent and unsure if it has something to do with that. Any advice would be great as I'm getting really frustrated by this process. I've never had any issue with Turbotax in the past but this has been maddening.

Let's try a workaround.  Is this Indiana?

If so, then this error relates to Schedule IN Dependent and Additional Dependent Information.  To address the Dependent issues requires going back into the Federal section of the return.  My Info, Personal Information.

I suggest deleting each dependent and re-entering.  Answer all questions accurately, then review.  The Form below is the IN state form in the rejection message.

I tried deleting and readding my dependent but I'm still getting the same message. State taxes still won't go through.

If you're sure your Dependent Info is correct in the MY INFO section, have you tried clearing your Cache and Cookies?

Or using a different browser?

Make sure no other programs are running in the background (Email, pop-up blockers).
