My Returns won't go through because Turbo rejected my 1040 Miscellaneous (uncommon) for foreign pension, which I was advised to do from Turbo. What shall I do?

I see where the substitute 1099-R has been discovered to work with EIN 99-0999999. If you want to go that route, I recommend it. Otherwise, I have an alternate route from before we knew that code would work. See it here.
