My returns did NOT transmit when I finished. I was told to try later. How do I transmit my returns?

If you select Transmit my return now and it doesn't work, you might need to troubleshoot your web browser.

1. Turn off any pop-up blockers.
2. Try using a different web browser. For example, if you're using Chrome, try using Firefox or Safari instead.
3. Delete your browser cookies.

If you're not able to e-file because your tax forms aren't ready yet, we understand the frustration of not having access to all of your tax forms at once. Forms are released by state and federal tax authorities on different dates throughout the year.
