My return was rejected because it claims the AGI/ Self-Select PIN does not match last year's. I was given the code IND-031-04 I've not filed taxes prior to this?

how can i get my code from last year because i don't remember it

AGI matches but no match for spouses prior year ID PIN. Where do I enter that information?

Thanks. She has one.  IRS is rejecting eFile.  Among the reasons for that code are that it doesn't match last years for my spouse. They change the ID PIN every January, so it shouldn't match.  I'm giving up and filing hard copy.
