My return was rejected because I was unaware my mom claimed me as a dependent, now I can’t find the page to update that info and refile.

Go to MY INFO and click your name, then go back through the screens to the question that asks if you can be claimed as someone else's dependent.  Say YES to that.    Then try to e-file again.
