My return was rejected because Form 2210 box A in Part II is checked in error. I need to complete the form for another reason. How do I remove this check?

I use TT online, and had the same problem. Even TT specialist could not help. Tried to delete 2210 entirely (via "tools"), but kept coming back. Finally filed via mail, after printing and whiting out box A, etc.
