My return s been filed and accepted, but sent to my girlfriend's account, which doesn't share my name. Will the return be sent by mail, I've been waiting for ever now

Since the check will not be able to be deposited in an account that doesn't belong to you, it will be returned to the IRS. They will then issue you a check. There is no way to know the time frame.
