My refund was accepted and approved on irs tracker but there’s a message about an offset. Is this a general Messsage? I shouldn’t owe any debts and BFS is not showing any

My SSN is not showing any debts, neither is my husband's, just wondering if anyone else is seeing this message?

It depends. If you see a specific tax topic linked, it may mean you have an offset.

You will need to contact the IRS for more information. Here's some information about refund offsets: What is a refund offset?  and this is a link to the IRS with contact information: IRS Tax Topic 203.

I did, they are currently not showing any debt I owe either.
Would it be on my return transcript from the IRS website?

Yes, if it was a tax debt, the transcript would be helpful.  But if the IRS already checked and showed you owed no debt, my best guess is there is A. No actual debt or B. an unrelated debt such as child support or state income tax.
