My Mississippi state tax return was rejected. Per TurboTax, I’ll need to re-file on or after 2/7/20. Apparently something has to be modified on their software to handle some change. Anybody els

Yes I am having the same problem with turbotax Home & Business.

Yes, unfortunately, TurboTax cannot efile the Mississippi state tax returns until the changes are made, so that the correct tax is calculated.

Okay...maybe we’ll be able to get it done on Friday, 2/07. Thanks.

Had the same problem with my Alabama return. Downloaded the 2/7 update and now my TurboTax will not even load when I click on it it comes up and immediately goes down without opening you don't even have time to click on anything. Any info would be helpful. Tried the Stuffit Expander and that doesn't do anything of course I probably don't know what to do with that either so any suggestions?????

You may need to switch browsers. Make sure your return is saved in your TurboTax account and then sign out. Clear the cache and delete the cookies on your computer, open a new browser, sign back into your account and try again.
