My Maine state tax return has been accepted and payment was scheduled for April 3rd, but payment hasn't gone through yet. Should I be concerned?

My federal payment went through as scheduled, April 3rd. I scheduled my state payment through turbotax, not directly via the official state portal ( https://portal.maine.gov/ezpay/welcome ). If turbotax registered me with that service, I don't know the login and can't access it. Would appreciate any help, thanks!
