My laptop Turbo Tax Deluxe program is updated as of 2/27/24. It will not e-file my Federal or State of Michigan taxes. it takes me to the billing address for payment information which it lets me enter. It won't enter the payment information. freezes

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax.  You can also try a different browser.

 

Also, make sure you have ran all updates.

Also, try disabling your main internet browsers pop up blocker before getting to the payment page.
