My husband was only active duty for a few weeks during the summer. When the W2 portion asks if this w2 was all active duty how would I answer?

The answer would be "No". Annual Training (AT) for National Guard and Reserves is not considered "active duty" pay for purposes of this question. 

In any case, your tax return would not be affected no matter how you answer this question.
