My husband passed away in 2022 . we filed 2022 return married jointly. How do I file for 2023 &2024? Can I file as Qualif. Surviving Spouse(QSS)? Head Of Hosehold in2024?

For the two subsequent years you can file as Qualifying Widow(er) but only if you have a dependent child. Otherwise you file as Single if unmarried.
