My husband lived in the US for 8 months 2019, has a SSN but then was deported back to Haiti in August 2019. Can I still file married jointly and what docs will I need?

Yes, you can still file using the filing status Married Filing Jointly (MFJ).

Since your husband already has a social security number, you will not need any additional documents.  However, you must be sure to include all of his worldwide income.
