Does it also apply to the state tax return? We had the interview scheduled but with covid19 it has been delayed. We really want to file ASAP t get the return but the only thing stopping us are these q

you need to file a married filing joint tax return, and submit the w-7 with the tax return. Most likely your spouse will not qualify for the stimulus payment. Must have SSN before April 15th. that deadline has not changed.
