My husband is a non filer and we are trying to file for him so he gets a stimulus check. He is a disabled veteran and received no other income.

Can he claim our children as dependents if I already claimed them when I filed married-single

There is no such status as Married Filing Single. You can be Married Filing Joint or Married Filing Separate. No, he can't claim a dependent if someone else has claimed them.
