My husband does not have a W-2 or access to any paystubs from his previous employer. The company filed bankruptcy & there's no one to contact to obtain his W-2. Now what?

There's no way to contact anyone from the company, as listed phone numbers & other company contact info are no longer valid.

Please see this link for other options available to you.

You can try contacting the IRS or filing Form 4852 which is a substitute for the W-2 form.  If you elect to use Form 4852, you will not be able to electronically file your tax return.  It will need to be mailed in.
