My husband died in June of 2019. How do I file my taxes now? As a widow, head of household?? I have 6 months of his SS to claim also?

For tax year 2019 you can file your tax return as Married Filing Jointly.  When entering his personal information check the box that he passed away and the date of his passing.

You would enter his Social Security benefits received in 2019 on the tax return using the Form SSA-1099 that was mailed in January.
