My husband and I are both self-employed. We each need to file a Schedule C. Can TurboTax Self-Employed do that?

Yes, you can file two Schedule Cs with TurboTax Self Employed for both of your businesses.  Make sure you indicate proper ownership in the Business Profile set up.  There will be a question that asks who owns the business - one spouse or both.
