My health insurance started in Feb, and for January I have $0.00. It won't let me go to the next step because "Amount's in all row cannot be all 0's" What should I do?

Option 1:  Leave the boxes where you would have zeros on your Form 1095A as blanks in TurboTax.  See the screenshot below for an example of how it should look.  You need to take out all the zero's for the months that you don't have coverage.  You may get an error while you are removing the zeros as if you leave even one zero in it will still give you the error - but once you remove them all, it will clear the error.

Option 2:  You can enter just "0.01" for each month.  TurboTax rounds everything so the amounts will still end up as zero when its transferred to Form 8962.  And, the Form 1095-A that you are filling out in TurboTax is actually not sent to the IRS.  TurboTax uses that information to fill out Form 8962 and your Form 1040.  Those forms would contain the right numbers and calculations in this scenario.
