My Form 1099 INT does not show the Payer's Street Address. The payer in my case is the IRS. So what should I do? Can I leave it blank?

This is often the case if the IRS sends you a 1099-INT, because the IRS just uses its name and the zip code (yes, they have the whole zip code).

Just enter "N/A" or "unavailable" or whatever will get you past TurboTax's error checking.
