Can you provide the rejection code for better assistance?

If your return was rejected due to Taxpayer Incorrect TIN, this is your SSN. Make sure that your SSN, Date of Birth, and Name are correct in the "About Me" section (Personal information section). If it was rejected due to Form 1099 Incorrect TIN, this is referring to the EIN/FEID or Payer Tax ID that is located in your 1099 (this number should fully show on your 1099 and is a 9 digits number that corresponds to the payer).
