My Fiancé pays for my sons health insurance, but I pay for everything else. Can I still claim him as a dependent even though I don't pay the health insurance?

My fiancé claims her two children, and I am going to claim my son. We all live in the same household, and I pay for nearly all living expenses for my son, except for health insurance. She carries the health insurance for all 3 children. Since all she covers is health insurance, can I claim my son as a dependent?

You can, if the "everything else" that you pay for still accounts as more than half of the support for the household.  When going through the health insurance section, all you will have to do is indicate that your dependent has health insurance coverage all year (if applicable) and if the insurance is "Obamacare".
