My federal taxes keep getting rejected saying my IP PIN numbers doesn't match their data base but I'm using the same number that that IRS sent me in mail

You could mail your return. 

Use the Chrome browser even if you have to download it.  Delete the number there now.  Then clear browsing data for all time.  Put the IP number back and see it takes.  If still a problem you may have to file by mail.
