My federal taxes and my state taxes were rejected and they're requesting identity verification How do I do this now so I can file before the deadline on the 16 of October

I have emailed and answered all the questions they asked for my identity verification and I can't get through to anybody nobody else answer me or get back to me I need to do this before the deadline

Hi,

 

I have the cd version but before I could transmit my returns I had to enter our drivers license information. Since your return was rejected, I wonder if you can get back into TT, enter that information and then try to retransmit your return.

 

Hope that helps. Forgive me if you've already tried that and it didn't work.
