My Federal Income is Disability and non-taxable, where do I enter this on the tax form? This not a short term disability.

You do not enter your non-taxable disability income on your tax return.  If you have no other income, you generally will not need to file a tax return.  If for some reason you still need to or want to, you would need to print and mail it if there is $0 in income.

How was it reported to you - what form?

Most disability payments are taxable particularly disability pensions.  What makes you think it is not?
