The form 1095-A is under Deductions & Credits> All tax breaks> Medical section of TurboTax.

To complete form 8962, see The IRS is requesting Form 8962 for 2019.

The update to Turbo-tax on 02192020 fixed the 1095 problem. Its a catch 22 problem. This year there is no federal tax penalty for going without insurance. You do need the amounts off your 1095 form for deduction totals to see if you should itemize or use the standard deduction. Check to see if you should file an amended return.

Form 8962 is to allow filers to calculate their Premium Tax Credit (PTC) amount and to reconcile that amount with any Advance Premium Tax Credit (APTC) payments that have been made for the filer throughout the year.
