My extension was rejected. Signed on to Turbotax but see no option to "Fix Extension". What should I do?

Error was:
R0000-500-01 - PrimarySSN' and 'PrimaryNameControlTxt' in the Return Header must match the e-File database.

Try this workaround, if you this doesn't work for you, then print the form and mail it.
