Tough, but not impossible. Complete your taxes using your last pay stub information, print your return, copy the stub, attach it with a note explaining the circumstances and send it all  to the IRS address for your state. It may take the IRS several months to enter the data, verify your information and process your return, but you will be in compliance and should not have a problem. Make sure you include a phone number that the IRS can call, because they might. good luck!

You can follow these steps to enter the income not reported on a W-2 form in TurboTax:

1. From the Federal menu in TurboTax find Wages and Income

2. Find Less Common Income

3. Choose Miscellaneous Income, 1099-A, 1099-C

4. Choose Other Income not already reported on a W-2 Form or Form 1099

5. Indicate that you received other wages when asked

6. Indicate that you had Any Other Earned Income when asked

7. On the screen that says Enter Source of Other Earned Income indicate that you had employee compensation that was not reported on a W-2 form:

You will be informed that you may need to report Forms 8919 and/or SS-8 outside of TurboTax. Complete the rest of the section to enter your wages not reported on a Form W-2.
