My email address changed. I need to change it so I can file my taxes

You need to fill out and submit account recovery request with a copy of your drivers license.

Follow these steps to update your TurboTax account email, phone number, mailing address, or password:

 

1. Sign in to your Intuit account.
2. To update your user ID, password, email address, or phone number, select Sign in & security.
3. To update your name, date of birth, address, or occupation, select Profile.
