My E*Trade account won't import into Turbotax. It continues to say "import unsuccessful" and there is no tax related information to import. Any advice?

I am making sure to login to my Securities account (not Bank). Have read through every post online about this but no resolution. Did it just stop working this year??

We have received reports from numerous users regarding this concern. Usually when we see these types of messages surrounding no tax related info to import, it usually has to do with the availability of those forms with the financial institution. I am sure you may have contacted E*Trade by now regarding this and if so what was their feedback?
