My e-file was accepted by the IRS. But, my request to Where is my refund is denied.Permission to this server is not allowed. I use Turbo Basic. What is the problem?

This is the message I get.

Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://sa.www4.irs.gov/irfof/IRServlet?" on this server.

Try this link for Where's My Refund https://sa.www4.irs.gov/irfof/lang/en/irfofgetstatus.jsp.

That's the web page that throws the error.

If you are using Firefox and get this error try either Chrome or Vivaldi browsers.

Not sure about Edge or IE as I do not use them.

I am getting this same error when using Firefox but not the above browsers.

I'm receiving this error message on all three browsers.  I even tried to sign up on irs.gov to look at my account and getting the same error message.  What is going on?

If you have any extensions installed on browsers disable one at a time to see which one is blocking the site.

Make sure JavaScript is enabled. I do believe they use this.

Try again with antivirus disabled.

If there is a process in your firewall call Auto Learn turn this on.

Also try again with firewall disabled.

May have to white list if these are the problem.

What browsers did you try/

Make sure you clear the cookies and cache after each try.
